“There’s a bit of every artist in their work”, if you (the artist) have authentic ideas then you create something that initiates real responses closely associated with that of the artist’s own. If and when the artist creates something to people please, responses are equally half hearted.
I forgot about that for a while. I became far more mechanical than I gave myself credit for. Now that’s changing. Fast. I’m distancing myself from the corporate machine aspect of “creativity”. And I’m sure glad! Sort of rejuvenation, just short of a canvas.
