Sneeze

Stomach cramps and sneeze

really don’t go hand in hand,

an achoo here is an ouch there,

no black-peppercorn can block

that sneeze away.

It lifts my curls and blows my pearls,

last hope laced on ginger tea and shawls –

hot footbath paid no benefits at all,

and now my dog barks at

my every sneeze phased!
