Day 17: No preoccupation of my heart – The Single Woman’s Diary

So it’s always nice to have friends who rush you so much that you end up in the trainstation 20 mins before the train! Damn! I forgot my deo! Ah well. Since I’m single – no one has to deal with that smell then. I’m without makeup, and hungry!!!!!! A litre of fresh Orange juice for breakfast it is.

Carrying my work laptop, so that I can slowly but steadily work in the train to Brunnen. No drinking for me so I’ll have to actively seek out Coca-Cola! Oh just realised that I forgot my iWatch charger at home. Too late! Can’t go back and make it on time for my train.

My hair looks exceptionally tame today. I’m sure this is cause of a nice and sunny weather. But period cramps are getting bad. So I’m carrying potent painkillers. Sigh… who needs alcohol when you are all vaccined up and drugged up? I’m in a perpetual state of light-feetedness!

Stray thought – when someone asks me “Dee, how do you accomplish so many things in a day – 100% work – 100% studies – plus writing, plus association commissioner, plus running from city to city in Switzerland, etc.?” I finally have an answer: “no man in my thoughts. Atleast no man has tried hard enough to get in there. So I have no preoccupation with the heart, which leaves my mind with quite a vast playground!”

    You’re welcome 😉
And I brought nuts and blueberries for you. I knew you’d miss breakfast….

(I also have anti acid reflux medication, pain killers and some other essentials!)

    See you soon.
